Orbit Inn

1964 to 1987

In January 1967 an unstable man with multiple sticks of dynamite killed himself, his wife and others staying at the Orbit Inn when he shot a handgun into a pile of dynamite. Below are some of the news stories of the time.  After repairs, the Orbit Inn stayed open for another 20 years.
